Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This page describes how tcm365 actually operates today, including real clinic listings and real patient accounts. It's written to be accurate and complete, but it hasn't been reviewed by a Singapore-qualified lawyer yet. Treat it as a good-faith draft until it has been.

What tcm365 is

tcm365 is a directory that helps you discover Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics in Singapore, compare them, and request appointments. We are not a clinic, we do not employ practitioners, and we are not a party to any appointment or treatment you arrange with a clinic listed here.

Not medical advice

Nothing on tcm365, including the questionnaire, clinic matches, or specialty descriptions, is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your specific condition before starting any treatment.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit, including clinic ownership claims. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.

Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with a clinic. We moderate submitted reviews and may decline to publish, or later remove, any review that is false, abusive, or violates these terms. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it on tcm365.

Appointment requests

Submitting an appointment request sends your contact details to the clinic you selected. tcm365 does not confirm, manage, or take a fee from appointments at this time. Any scheduling, payment, and cancellation is handled directly between you and the clinic.

For clinics: listing accuracy and your own compliance

If you claim or manage a clinic listing, you confirm you're the owner or an authorised representative, and that the information you submit (hours, specialties, pricing, practitioner credentials) is accurate and kept up to date. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act 2000 and any registration or advertising requirements set by the TCM Practitioners Board. Listing on tcm365 is not a certification of licensure. We don't verify practitioner registration.

Clinic fees: stated in full

This table is the complete pricing that applies to a clinic listing. Nothing else will be charged without at least 30 days' advance written notice to the email on file for your clinic account. All amounts are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Your data

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

tcm365 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't verify every claim made by listed clinics or reviewers, and we're not liable for the quality of care you receive from any clinic you find through the site. To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, our total liability to any patient or clinic arising from use of tcm365 is limited to the fees (if any) that party paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of tcm365 after a change means you accept the updated terms. Any change that increases a clinic's fees will be given at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect for that clinic.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
