How clinic recommendations work.
Recommendations are based on how well a practitioner matches what a patient is looking for: clinical focus, location, price range, CHAS/MediSave acceptance, and patient reviews. Upgrading to Pro unlocks tools for managing a clinic's listing; it does not change where that clinic's practitioners appear in patient recommendations. Where a listing is paid or sponsored, it is always clearly labeled as such and shown separately from your personal recommendations, never mixed into them.

Questions clinics ask us
Does paying for Pro move my clinic up the rankings?
No. Patients are matched to practitioners, not clinics directly. The algorithm looks at how well a practitioner's clinical focus fits what a patient searched for, plus the practitioner's clinic location, price range, whether it accepts CHAS/MediSave, and patient reviews. Pro status is not part of that calculation. A free clinic's practitioners and a Pro clinic's practitioners with the same clinical focus and reviews show up in the same order for a matching patient.
Then why would I pay for Pro?
Pro doesn't change your ranking. It gives you tools: a photo gallery, analytics on who's viewing your listing, and unlimited appointment requests instead of the free tier's monthly cap. It's better tools to manage your presence, not better placement.
How is a sponsored listing different?
Sponsored placements are a separate, clearly labeled slot, never mixed into a patient's personalized matches.
Could paid placement be introduced later?
We may introduce sponsored listings, premium profiles, or advertising as tcm365 grows. If we do, those placements will always be clearly labeled as sponsored and kept separate from your personal recommendations. We won't quietly blend paid placement into organic match results.
